For information regarding Divorces filed in the Lauderdale Chancery Court please use the below Contact form. If you need copies the prices are as follows: (Please note that these are not certified copies)
Mailed copies of Records/Research Materials ------ $2.00 per page ---- (Includes Shipping and Handling)
If you come to the Archives, the cost is 50 cents per page.
We do not at this time offer scanning and emailing of these documents.
Once your file has been located we will let you know, most people only need copies of the "Final Decree" stating that a divorce was granted. On occasion property settlement, alimony, and/or custody terms are needed. Please let us know what you need copies of once we have located your file. So that we can let you know the cost.
Payment must be made before copies can be made and mailed.
